Order information: when you place an order for goods and services, we retain that information for a minimum period of six years following the end of the financial year in which you placed your order, in accordance with our legal obligation to keep records for tax purposes under paragraph 6, Schedule 11 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994.

Correspondence and enquiries: when you make an enquiry or contact us by email or via our contact form, we will retain your information for as long as we continue to provide products with a legitimate interest to you.

Welcome to the Sienna Bella Boutique Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to any products and services that you may purchase from us. 

Carefully read all of these terms and conditions before you order from our website, by placing an order you agree to be bound by them. If you accept these terms and conditions, please tick the box during the checkout process to show that you have read and agreed to them. Please understand that if you do not accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any products from our website.

1. Our website

The Sienna Bella Boutique brand and website are wholly owned by Jade Ricciardi. It is a home run business, which only operates online. 

2. How is the contract formed between you and us?

The technical steps required to create a contract between you and us are as follows:

  • You will be guided through the ‘checkout’ process by a series of instructions. If you want to correct any errors you have made, you can do so by clicking the ‘back’ button.

  • You place the order on our website by finalising payment via the payment gateway presented at the end of the ‘checkout’ process.

  • We will send you an e-mail to acknowledge that we have received and confirmed your order which you will need to check through for any errors.

  • On completion of your order, you will receive an e-mail, to confirm that your order has been dispatched to you.

All orders will be delivered to you at the same time. Delivery charges are included at the final checkout. If you have any queries about your order or worry that it may be incomplete, then please contact

The contract will be concluded in English.

We will hold the details of your agreement until your order is completed and stored in the system for up to one-year post date of your event.

3. Payment

Payment for goods and services may be made using major credit/debit cards or paypal.

All payments for orders must be received in full during order placement.

4. Delivery

We will send your items out for delivery to you per the timescales set out in your dispatch confirmation e-mail and in good time for your event. However, we cannot always guarantee that we will meet these dates due to factors beyond our reasonable control.

We will deliver the order to you at the delivery address you entered during order placement.

You will be notified by e-mail the day your goods are dispatched, they will usually arrive 3-5 working days. All of our goods are sent by recorded delivery to ensure safe arrival to the customer. Some orders can take up to 3 weeks if being handmade.

Our standard delivery charge to mainland UK is £3.50. You will be advised of any changes. Any special delivery requirements must be discussed with us and the additional costs will be calculated.

If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and your order is signed for by someone else as a result, we cannot be responsible for any loss you incur as a result so please ensure that you have entered all your details correctly.

If you do not receive your goods within the time frame set out, please notify us immediately.

5. Prices

The products prices on our website are in UK Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT.

Products prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation e-mail.

Payments will be taken immediately on order. Payment for all products must be made by one of the methods offered.

6. Refunds

We are only doing exchanges only for now. You can only exchange your item up to one week after the item has been dispatched. However Refunds will be an option added to the site shortly.

All of our products are packaged securely, but should anything arrive damaged, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods in writing via e-mail or text.  Any shortages in deliveries must also be reported within this time frame.  If you cannot supply photographic evidence of the damage, the product will have to be sent back to us at your own cost. We advise that you return your items on a Recorded Delivery service that requires a signature for proof of delivery as we will not accept any responsibility for items that get lost in the post or undelivered. It is your responsibility to ensure items are safely returned to us within the required period.  After inspection of the damaged goods, we will notify you of any refund due (if applicable). We will refund any money due using the same payment method originally used by you to make the purchase.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed once we have received your goods. All refund requests must be sent to us in writing, you can use the form below to notify us.

7. Product description

Each product is sold subject to its product description which can be found on the particular web page, there may be slight variations between each item.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the Shop and Galleries. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Please note the following with regards to all product descriptions on our website:

  • we reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. This will not affect any orders for which you have already received a dispatch confirmation.

Sienna Bella Boutique retains copyright on all the website designs and these must not be reproduced in any form without prior written permission from Sienna Bella Boutique.

For advertising purposes, Sienna Bella Boutique reserves the right to use images of your goods and by placing an order you agree to this term. Personal information such as address and contact details will not be displayed.

Sienna Bella Boutique cannot be held responsible for any spelling errors in names and addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the information on the confirmation e-mails are correct and inform us of any errors immediately.

Sienna Bella Boutique cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred to items once the package leaves our premises. We will package the items very securely to avoid any damage.

We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation of orders can only take place the same day or the day after purchase, as if you have not informed Sienna Bella Boutique already, the parcel will most likely already be on the way. 

Refunds are not available at this time.

9. Force Majeure

The company shall not be held liable to the buyer for any loss resulting from failure to deliver the goods, or for any delay in delivering the goods, where such failure is wholly or mainly due to any cause outside the Company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to shortages of material, strikes and lockouts, riots and civil commotion, severe weather conditions or acts of God.

10. Our liability

If we fail to comply with these terms and conditions, we shall only be liable to you for the purchase price of the products and other losses that you suffer as a result of our failure to comply which are a foreseeable consequence of such failure.

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • any breach of the obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979;

  • defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or

  • any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability

11. General

Neither we nor you will be responsible if we are unable to perform our obligations under the contract due to events which are genuinely beyond your or our reasonable control (as applicable).

Nothing under the contract shall give rights to any person who is not a party to it whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.

We revise our terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us.

All aspects of the contract formed in respect of your use of our site shall be governed by English law and the parties agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts as far as possible. In some circumstances the laws where you are domiciled may apply and the courts where you are domiciled may have jurisdiction.
